Hi,
Is there a way to set employee attendance to training sessions via the API? If not, is there a plan to extend the API capabilities to allow this?

Hi
I am unsure what you’re asking. Are you adding training as an absence type to Personio and wanting to API it out? Or do you want a system to input the training dates into their absence type? Or is it something else you are looking for?
I’d love to help but think a little more context is needed before I can
Hi
I agree with
Generally speaking, you can pull absence data using our API. Please note that hourly absences are called through our List Absence Periods endpoint and our daily absences though the List Time-Offs endpoint.
You can furthermore import absences into Personio via our Create an Absence Period endpoint and Create a Time-Off endpoint respectively.

Hello
Currently there are no API reference for the Training module. So you can not add people attendance through any API endpoint.
I don’t know if it’s something the team is currently working on, but generally speaking, it would be great to have some endpoints for all P&D module.
Any insights Personio’s team ?
Cheers,
Nathan
Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your answers!
I was indeed referring to the training module and was looking for an option to set the attendance status via the API.
Alternatively, is there an endpoint that I can use to update the status of a to-do within the onboarding checklist? I am referring to the Status in the following screenshot.

Hi
Indeed, like
However, I would like to encourage you to file this great idea as feedback by our in-product feedback feature found under Help & Feedback > Give feedback.
