Two-factor authentication

I have tried to implement the one-code authenticator for all employees by default, but I think it is not possible or I don't know how to do it.

Is it only possible for specific roles?

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to do it?

Thanks!

Hi @Gloria Segura,

You are right, it is not currently possible to enable two-factor authentication for the role All employees. What you can do is to enable it for the rest of Employee roles but, if not all employees in your company are in those Employee roles, you can create a new one, let’s say, “All employee (Security)” and you can add all employees in your company, then you will have the option to enable the Two-factor authentication.

For more information about this topic, you can visit our Help Center article: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for employee roles.

I hope this is clear Gloria! If not, please let me know! 😃

I hope you have a great rest of the day! 🙌🏼

Best Regards,

Zulema
