User account not syncing back to Entra

We have a new users whose account is not syncing to Entra.

This user was part of a group of new hires and those accounts have synced.

There’s no log entry.

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with the synchronisation between Personio and Entra ID. As you mentioned part of the group of new hires have been synced and one of them not, I’d recommend you to contact our Support Team.
