What fields to create in Jira ticket for personio to populate?

Hello! Personio has this on their website:

Create a request in Jira for new Personio employees (Use this Zap)

  1. Trigger: a new employee is created in Personio.
  2. Action: a request is created in Jira with the defined site, project and request type, and the

However, I always get a blank ticket, I have tried adding custom fields to the ticket but Zapier still didn’t populate the ticket.

 

Does any one know how to do this?
