Hey dear community,
I am currently experiencing trouble creating absence records in Personio via the Zapier integration ‘Create absence in Personio’. While the integration send the request and Personio processes it, the start and end dates entered in Zapier are shifted by -1 day in the response I receive back from Personio. The absence record in Personio also reflects that shift. I’m using the YYYY-MM-DD format for all dates. Please see the formatted date in Zapier in the first screenshot and the response from Personio in the second screenshot.
Any idea why that happens?
