Hi!

 

We need to have different access rights for different groups of managers in Personio. Is this possible? If yes, how do we manage it?

Thank you for reaching out to the community with your question! 

Thank you @annevanhaga  for participating into peer to peer, Anne’s answer is correct.
You can create different roles within Employee roles, this you can do by going to Settings > People > Employee roles > Create new role.

 



After creating a new role, you can assign this group of Manager to the this new Employee role by going to Members.

 




Following that you can grant them the relevant Custom Access Rights. In this article you fill find more information regarding: Use employee filters to grant your employees Custom Access Rights.

Hi Frida,

In Personio you can customise the roles based on the different access rights via the settings - employee roles. Once you created the roles you can provide the specific managers with the custom made role.
