Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to Personio.
I'm looking for a way to integrate my personal calendar with Google Calendar.
So far, I can see the absences of all my colleagues in Google Calendar. But I only want to see my shifts.
When I select ‘My calendar’ (screenshot) when subscribing, Google doesn't show me anything.
Is there a trick for this?

Hi @hhbernd,

From what you describe, you are currently using the iCal link which shows you your colleagues' absences. However, in order to see your own calendar, you need to Integrate your company calendar.

To do so, firstly follow these steps to enable Cronofy:

  1. Go to Settings > Support > Subscription and Billing.
  2. Click the Data Protection Information tab. Under Additional parts of the contract, find the list of Subcontractors.
  3. Ensure the checkbox next to Cronofy B.V. is activated.

Then, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar integration.
  2. Choose to integrate your Google Calendar with Personio.
  3. In the area Interview scheduling, you have the option to activate the checkbox Show titles of employees’ private events on the “Find a slot on calendar” feature (Optional).
  4. Click Apply changes. Using this feature, the organizer of an interview can see the details of events marked as private in the calendars of employees who they would like to invite to the interview.
