I see in personio on the dashboard the birthdays of my team, but not of other employees. How can this be changed? It’s embarrising being not aware of the birthday of other people in our company.

Unfortunately the employees in Home > Event, are only able to see the Birthdays of their own team.
You do have the possibly to see the birthdays in Employees > Employee list > Edit list columns> add Birthday:
You also have the possibility to add Birthday Reminders, in this article you will find more information regarding: Create reminders for anniversaries and birthdays.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.

it is unfortunate, though, that we need to make a new Ideation on an item that Personio has removed. I don’t believe any of our employees will go through the extra steps to see when peoples’ birthdays are. This means that they will not be acknowledged in the future, which is a pity.
