Good morning everyone,
I am currently working on the onboarding process and have a question regarding the welcome email sent to all employees.
Currently, if we have one new hire, a single email is sent to welcome and introduce them to the team. If we have two new hires, two separate emails are sent.
Would it be possible to combine these into a single email that includes the first names of both new hires?

That is an interesting case! Currently, it is technically not possible to reflect your wish in product. Onboarding-Workflows work on a single trigger basis and if there is an action happening for an employee, it happens for the individual employee. Combining multiple employees is currently not possible.
