Hello,

Since the switch to the new design, the direct link to the SSO login no longer works. Until now, we have directed our employees via a shortcut in our intranet to https://xyz.app.personio.com/oauth/authorize, allowing them to log in directly via SSO without any detours.

Now, this no longer works, and users are redirected to a page where they have to click on the SSO login button again. This is inconvenient both for the users and for our IT helpdesk, which now has to explain the process to nearly every second user.

Is there a new direct link we can use? Unfortunately, the link behind the new button is not visible or identifiable.

We use the login via SSO as well and not encountering any issues. Using the link you provided works for me perfectly and I only need to click “Continue with Google” and I’m in.

Not sure if it’s actually different with other SSO options but if you continue to encounter this problem, this might be a technical support question for Personio directly. 😊


Hm, interesting. Now it suddenly seems to be working again. It was probably just a temporary issue. Now appears to be resolved :-)

It looks like the session is time-limited and expires. When I clicked the link https://mycompanyname.app.personio.com/oauth/authorize again this morning, I was redirected to the login page instead of being logged into Personio directly. So, I have to click on “Continue with SSO “ again... After that, it works, but probably only until the session expires once again. it's not a big deal, but still unnecessary.

 


Ah yes, I have that as well. I think it’s valid for a day or so and then I have to verify this again. 😊

Support has now responded to me. It is possible to enforce SSO, which means that only the SSO option will be available, and users won’t be able to choose the wrong login method. That’s already an improvement compared to having both fields displayed on the login page.
