Dear team,

At the moment, only one person is able to sign a document. When will it be possible for two or more people to sign the document?

This is a paid feature and it is not optimal.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Jenny,

I think your plan only restrict the number of e-signature you can request per month.
https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/360013410078-How-many-signature-requests-are-included-in-my-plan

But you can have more than one signature in a document.
To do that, you need to use the placeholders in the document you are uploading.
If for example it’s written somewhere in your document @@Employee@@ and @@HR@@, you will have to select two different person to sign the document when you will be generating it.

You can refer to this article to guide you https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/360012752497-Create-a-Document-Template-with-Signature-Placeholders

We’ve been using at Enko for quite some time now, and it’s working perfectly.

Let me know if that helps,
Nathan
