How can we disable automatic notifications by e-mail when a Personio Conversations request is created or updated?

Hey @Kevin G 

If you navigate to the Notifications tab under Account within Personio Conversations, you will see the option to turn off notifications for certain instances like shown below:

So for your case, you can turn off the New requests and Request updates option. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Hi Conor,

Thank you for your answer. We would like to disable all notifications by email to all our employees. Is there a way to do that?

It looks like this advice relates to individual settings, but is it possible for administrators to disable email notifications that employees receive? Specifically those in Cc?
