How can we disable automatic notifications by e-mail when a Personio Conversations request is created or updated?

If you navigate to the Notifications tab under Account within Personio Conversations, you will see the option to turn off notifications for certain instances like shown below:

So for your case, you can turn off the New requests and Request updates option. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you for your answer. We would like to disable all notifications by email to all our employees. Is there a way to do that?
