Integration of 'Inbox' and 'Open Requests' on Employee Homepage
We are looking to integrate both the 'Inbox' and 'Open Requests' sections into the homepage for our employees. Could you please provide guidance on the following:
For the 'Inbox' integration, which URL should we use?
For the 'Open Requests' integration, could you share the process or steps involved?
Additionally, in your last product update video, we noticed a 'highlight' appears when new messages arrive in the inbox. Currently, we only see the inbox widget without any notification of how many messages are present. Could you advise on how we can enable this feature?

Hi @Lievaz,
The open requests should already be integrated into the Inbox widget of the Dashboard. There shouldn’t be a need for you to make any manual integrations.
Regarding, highlighting new notifications in the Inbox, could you perhaps share the video here for my benefit and other members. That way, I can try to give you some guidance on the timeline. Please let me know if I have misunderstood your requests.
We would like to add this ‘notification sign’ on our employees homepage behind inbox, as this function is not being used enough by our colleagues since Personio is still new to them (despite several reminders). How do we do this?
Regarding the shortcut integration, we initially wanted to add the 'Inbox' to the shortcut section, but perhaps this is not necessary? Thank you, and apologies if we were mistaken on this.

I have looked into it and this notification dot will be automatically added, however it is not available yet. Unfortunately, I can’t provide an exact timeframe, however, I recommend you sign up to the Newsletter if you haven’t already done so and to check out our Help Center article, Personio Product Updates, to discover all our newest innovations and enhancements!
