Unfortunately I could not start our (pre-)implementation process on the 3rd of May and now I have trouble to login properly or the link I received is not correct. It seems by following the provided link I only have access to my personal profile/account and not the HR-administrator one.

 

Kindly let me know how to proceed.

Thank you very much for your quick reply and the provided information. It seems that the account that was created for me is not fully equipped for my role as administrator/account owner and that’s why I am limited in my actions and choices……

 

I should receive a new link and I am sure than everything will be fine. ;-)
