Hello everyone,

I'm relatively new to Personio and could use some guidance. I'm in the process of setting up an offboarding checklist, and I'm wondering whether it's visible to the employee. My understanding is that once I set the termination date, I can assign the offboarding checklist to the employee's profile.

However, my concern is ensuring that the employees only see tasks relevant to them and not tasks from other departments. Is this currently the case, and if not, is there a method to implement this?

Yes once assigned to the employee, they will only be able to see the tasks that are assigned to themselves. Only Admin or employee with rights to the Onboarding area will be able to view all the tasks. 

And just to confirm yes, once you set the termination of the employee the Offboarding tab will open up automatically.
