I'm relatively new to Personio and could use some guidance. I'm in the process of setting up an offboarding checklist, and I'm wondering whether it's visible to the employee. My understanding is that once I set the termination date, I can assign the offboarding checklist to the employee's profile.
However, my concern is ensuring that the employees only see tasks relevant to them and not tasks from other departments. Is this currently the case, and if not, is there a method to implement this?
