Hi
Is there a way to make onboarding tasks in an ob template invisible.

We have some tasks that we want HR to be able to see as part of the OB workflow, but we don’t want them to show up in the onboarding overview in the employee or manager profile.

Additionally, when we select days for a task (eg 10 days before hire) is this working days only (mon-Fri) or including weekends?

Thanks

Hey @AIHRHRTeam

Is there a way to make onboarding tasks in an ob template invisible.

This depends on the circumstances. If HR do not have Administrator rights, then you can limit the tasks they are able to see by taking away access rights to the Onboarding like shown.

With this setup, employees will only be able to view tasks that are assigned to them and no others. However, as mentioned if they are Administrators then they will see everything.

Additionally, when we select days for a task (eg 10 days before hire) is this working days only (mon-Fri) or including weekends?

This is based off the hire date attribute so it does not take into account working days, but just rather the days. So this will include weekend in the calculation.

If you have any other questions or run into difficulty, please let me know.

Best regards,

Conor
