At my company we pay retired workers on a monthly basis. Since they are retired, they don’t have an active work e-mail address. Would it be possible to use one collective e-mail for all of their accounts? How do other people handle this subject?

On Personio the email serves as a unique identifier, therefore two people cannot have the same email address in their employee profile. Therefore in this case your retired workers will need to create an email address for this case.
