I was wondering whether, in addition to the on- and offboarding checklists, it would also be possible to create other process as well as checklists for longer absences, for example maternity leave or unpaid leave.
I found a similar question that was asked about a year ago. Perhaps there will be an update on this. Maybe you know something about it? :)

You can now create Custom workflows in the Automations area. You have the option to set up a Workflow from scratch with different triggers.
If you select the trigger Event in Personio, you can use the event An employee goes on a leave.
Then, you can add one or multiple steps to define the resulting action(s).
If you select the trigger Relative to a date, you can use the date attribute Employee absence end date. With this option, the Absence type can be chosen.
Please note that it is also possible to select the date attribute Employee absence start date.
