We have encountered a significant issue with our company's Personio system. Yesterday, we were unable to log any attendance records, and upon further investigation, we discovered that the attendance records for the past three days are missing. This has raised concerns about data integrity and system reliability.

I would like to share a few notes with you: 

  • You do not need to re-add the time entries, as we will display them again soon. 
  • We have now also displayed the info banner for admins and account holders for regular employees to reduce internal panic/confusion. 
  • If you have already re-added time entries, please keep them. Our developers will take them into account in any case. 
  • You can enter the time recording for today as normal.

Good morning,

We have experienced the same problem, but it also seems to have impacted other data that was added onto the system - I see that a note on a team member’s file has been deleted. Can you confirm that this will also be reinstated (along with anything else that may have been removed)?

You say that Personio sent a notes about the issue, but we didn’t receive an email notifying us of the issue. I can however see the info banner that has been added - thank you.
