Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Notification Reminder for employee anniversaries. I haven’t set up a reminder for the 3-year anniversary for new team members. However, I received a reminder for their 3-year work anniversary on their actual onboarding date.

Has anyone encountered this issue or found a solution? I’d really appreciate your help.

This could be that the reminder is set up behind a certain employee role. Have you checked the reminders within the different roles?

i.e. for us, we’ve set up the following reminders for the admin roles:
