Dear Community,
We are currently experiencing an issue where the same approval notifications are being received repeatedly, even though the requests have already been approved. These notifications continue to appear in both our Outlook inbox and the Personio inbox.
For example, in the case of time tracking approvals, the request correctly appears as approved on the employee’s attendance page — yet the approval notification continues to be sent, sometimes up to 50 times within a single minute.
Could this be a server-side issue, or is there anything we can do on our end to resolve it?
