Dear Community,

We are currently experiencing an issue where the same approval notifications are being received repeatedly, even though the requests have already been approved. These notifications continue to appear in both our Outlook inbox and the Personio inbox.

For example, in the case of time tracking approvals, the request correctly appears as approved on the employee’s attendance page — yet the approval notification continues to be sent, sometimes up to 50 times within a single minute.

Could this be a server-side issue, or is there anything we can do on our end to resolve it?

we recently had a similar issue where a supervisor kept receiving notification emails from Personio about open requests that he couldn’t see, some even involved people who no longer work for us.

I had to open a Personio ticket and even though it took them several weeks to solve it, I just heard back from them this week that it should be resolved. After checking with the supervisor, it’s fine now.

I have no idea what the issue was but I would recommend, that you open a ticket directly with them as well. It’s probably something technical.

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried to follow the steps, but I could only find the option to create a ticket under the topic "Account Login Issues." I went ahead and submitted it anyway, but I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation like “We have received your request.” Hope that is okay like this.

I usually do get an email confirmation that they received my request but that might not arrive instantly. 😊 Hope you’ll get the answers you’re looking for!
