First of all, we have a “Spanish HR Group” within the Personio Community, here is the link to join. 

Regarding the new law, the draft was approved last February 4th but it hasn’t yet entered into vigor and we don’t know all the details.

Personio has organized a Workshop (El 2025 laboral: cumple con las principales leyes y evita sanciones) next Tuesday February 18 at 10:00 to discuss among other issues how this new law affects the Reduction of Working Hours and Digital Registration, will debate on these two issues and show ideas on how to apply it in Personio, I invite you to participate, this is the link.

Lo primero de todo, comentarte que disponemos de un “Grupo Español de RRHH” dentro de la Comunidad de Personio, este el link para unirte. 
 

Respecto a la nueva ley, el Anteproyecto de Ley fue aprobado el pasado 4 de febrero pero aun no ha entrado en vigor ni conocemos todos los detalles.

Personio ha organizado un Workshop (El 2025 laboral: cumple con las principales leyes y evita sanciones) el próximo martes 18 de febrero a las 10:00 para tratar entre otros temas como afecta esta nueva ley de cara a la Reducción de Jornada y el Registro Digital, se debatirá sobre estas dos cuestiones y se mostraran ideas de como aplicarlo en Personio, te animo a que participes, este el el link.
