Upgrading Plan not allowing me to do so.

Hi there,

 

I need to urgently upgrade our plan and have followed the steps under plan & billing. Unfortunately, I do not see any payment option allowing me to upgrade so nothing is happening.  I am both the contract owner and the account owner.  What do I need to do?  Please help urgently - our plan is for 150 employees and we are now at 147 active employees. Thanks!

Support and Updates > Find Answers > I need help with my subscription

Our growth team will then get in touch with you asap.
