Is there any progress on the evaluation cycle? Is there a way to incorporate goals into an evaluation form? Can we link a self-evaluation with a manager evaluation so that the employees self-documented feedback can be seen and commented on by the manager?

Understandably like a lot of our customers, there is a big desire to be able to link Goals with the Performance Cycles and I wholeheartedly agree this would be a great connective feature. Additionally with your second point of a shared review in which both the Manager and Employee can both add comments on.
However we are not there just yet I am afraid. The team are well aware of the benefits that these would bring so hopefully in future they can implement a solution for this.
If you have not already given feedback about this to our Product Team, kindly enter this into our Ideation Area so that more visibility is given to the missing features.
