We conduct calibration by level of performance scores. I would like to know if performance scores gathered in a performance review cycle can be exported along with other employee data like their level, supervisor, departement, team, or any other custom fields.

Unfortunately we can only export the names of the participants and the questions of the Reviews with the answers in the Performance & Development area:
For all the other fields that you would like to add (supervisor, department, team), I would suggest on making a Custom report with these fields.
This you can do by going to Report > Custom Reports > Create custom report.

Thank you for you reply. I know very well the Custom report feature, however if I want to consolidate performance data and employee data it would be quicker to have an email as key for vlookup.
It is really poor to only give first name and last name in the extract.
