when people complete the performance cycle and at each stage of performance review or feedback I would like line managers and line manager managers to be notified that something has been published and they can now review it and ideally sign it off.

At the moment, there is no functionality within our Performance Cycles or Continuous Feedback that allow users to configure which notifications are sent out. The notifications that are already in place per each review are the ones that will be sent out. However, I do really like this idea and therefore I would kindly ask that you submit it into our Ideation Area for consideration by our Product Team.
