is there a way to download continuous feedback to the documents tab and have an employee sign it? I’d like to create and evaluation form but we require signatures...

At the moment it is not possible to export Continuous Feedback reviews to the Documents tab. As this is a fairly new feature, it is still lacking in a number of functions. However our teams are working on implementing new features so I would stay tuned through our newsletter.
For the meantime, this functionality is possible through exporting Performance Cycle reviews to the Documents tab.
I would kindly ask that you enter this feedback into our Ideation Area to make our Product Team aware of it.
