I’ve created a feedback form to be used my employees but when I go to give feedback to someone a default form appears and I can’t find it in the settings for me to delete it. I want the form i’ve created to be the only one availble:

Only the forms that have enabled “Enable this template for continuous feedback” will show as default, you can enable or disable forms by going to:

Performance & Development > Settings > From templates > Go the relevant form > Edit > Scroll down > Enable this template for continuous feedback: check the box:

I do have it set as availble for CF but it’s appearing as the default form:

 

the default form is the standard system one and I can’t see where I delete this so tha my “peer to peer” form is the default one instead

The default form of Personio will always also show as default form, but if the form “Peer to Peer Feedback” was also set up as default it should also be available when clicking here:
