Hi all,

we have been wondering about best practices regarding the performance review duration and the associated annual goals. We typically finalize the year-end performance reviews by March 31st of the following year and also agree on the goals for the rest of the year. However, we believe it would make sense that the annual goals are set form April 1st to March 31st of the next year. How do other companies do this?
