hi,

Is it only possible for the ADMIN to enable custom weights to subgoals?

Hi @IamC

 

It is possible also for the employee the relevant goal is for to also enable and edit the Custom weights to Subgoals is this option is selected as seen below:

Checkbox for allowing employees to edit their goal

This can be selected when setting up the goal or later after it is created as seen below:

When setting up the goal 
Once the goal is created

 

Please note as well that Supervisors can always view, create, and edit the Goals of their reports. I hope this helps to answer your query and if you have any additional ones on this please let me know 😊

hi Erica, I don't see the option additional settings for employees and supervisor. I only see it for the people with ADMIN rights. Is it something in the access rights? I have checked with Linda van Liempt for example and she is a supervisor.
