Some employees were not serious about writing feedback, they were in joking form, and now they need to be deleted. How do I do that?

Hi
I have realised that there are a number of feedback entries that were made during our implementation phase as test entries which need to be removed. Can you advise how this can be done?
Also, in a case where there is inappropriate or offensive entries made how can we go about removing these?
