How to add other colleagues to your team goal?

Hi,

In our HR team we have some goals that are shared by multiple colleagues, for example I have a goal regarding our company values that is being shared with another HR colleague. How can we link this together? I can indicate it’s a teamgoal, but I can not indicate who else is working on it? It would seem logical to me that you can indicate who is contributing when you create a new goal?

Hi @LaureRoeland,

thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link two employee profiles to a goal.

In this case, you need to split the goal or track it with the note that it is shared with another employee.

Best wishes

Hi @LaureRoeland,

nice to see your question here in the Community!

Could you please specify where exactly in Personio you want to add the goal?

Best regards
Marc

Hi @Marc , thank you! In the performance tab, where you can set goals. I can set a goal in my profile and say it’s a ‘team goal’, but I can not link other team members to it..

Thanks!
