How do I enable the Dynamic Cycle Builder feature? which employee access rights do I need to grant for this feature to appear. Our Performance & Development page still has that banner that the new feature will be released on Nov 12, but nothing had changed when I logged in in the morning and tried to start making a new cycle according to the instructions in the tutorial video.

Hello,
If you used the performance cycles previously, you wont need to change anything in your settings to give access.
It may be that there has been a delay with your upgrade but I would log contact Personio to check if it hasn’t updated by the end of the week.

We are progressively enabling the new Dynamic Builder.
At the same time, the Account Owner(s) for your account should have received an email in the past few weeks, to inform them of the upcoming update, and any necessary actions to be taken before the transitions.
