Hello,

We have established an organizational goal that currently involves 40 colleagues. We have recently hired 10 new colleagues, and I would like to add them to the existing organizational goal. Could you please advise on how to do this?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Lievaz,

To do this, you will first have to create a new goal for the new employees and you can link this to the existing Organizational goal. Go to Performance & Development > Goals > Create new goal. Set the details and click Next

In step 2, click Combine centralized and individual tracking and Select the existing organizational goal from the dropdown menu.

In the next step, you will choose the new employees who will be part of the Organizational goal.
