Hi, regarding visibility of the peer reviews: in the documentation it says that employees can choose if they want to share the peer feedback with the individual, though I have now cases that even though the feedback was not shared with them they can still see it. Is this a know issue or could I somehow change it? Thanks in advance!

In this case we would need to have examples given whereby the employee can still view the Peer Review, even when the shared option was not chosen. I think the best option here would be to have your Account Owner reach out to our Support Team and give the examples to them. They can then investigate to ensure that there isn’t a bug on the system.
