HI,

We are a financial company and performance appraisal is a huge part of HR process. While creating the appraisal form and templates we just have 5 options in Personio.

We were looking forward from Personio for more advanced features which has auto scoring system at them end of the appraisal form where the managers can rate the employees performance from a scale of 1 to 5 and its auto counted at the end.

Yes at the moment when creating a Performance evaluation form there is 4 question format types currently available when setting up the template as seen below: 

 

  1. Open text: This type of answer allows you to ask open questions. The evaluator can then fill out their answer.
  2. Binary question: Binary questions allow you to configure two options between which the evaluator will be able to choose when filling in the form. You can add a label for each option, for example, "Yes" and "No". 
  3. Traffic light: This type of answer consists of three options: red, yellow, and green. You can add a label for each option with a name and description. 
  4. Scale: Custom rating scales consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of five options, allowing you to offer 'rating' answers. You can add a label to each option and add descriptions as needed

If there is additional functionality you would like external to these options, then I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area where our product team are able to review ideas for new functionality. They can then potentially include them in future updates to the softwares functionality. 

In order for us to fully understand your idea, I have included a couple of questions that your description should clarify when posting in the ideation area: 

  • What would you like to achieve with Personio?  What issue do you need to solve?
  • Why? What would be the added value for you? 
  • How are you solving it right now? 

The more details, the better! However, remember not to share any personal or business data with the public.
