We have the following requirements, to use the Performance cycles effiently:
- Separately, the employee and the supervisor receives a Yearly Performance- and Development sheet to fill out (as a preparation to the yearly meeting).
- Afterwards, the yearly meeting takes place and HR finalizes all decisions in one document, that will be uploaded to the performance tab.
Up to now, the respective people can submit the feedback, but this results in a single document for each evaluation, which makes the workflow inefficient.
