We had two active review cycles in Personio launched on 4th November. Today they suddenly appear closed without us doing anything. There seems to be a reoccurring issue at Personio currently with the launch of some new feature? We urgently need someone at Personio to "reopen" the existing cycles.
Fixing this bug is super time sensitive for us is that we have a very tight deadline with reviews coming up on 18th November - people are extremely anxious about their bonus payments tied directly to this review cycle. It is imperative this is fixed asap in order for us not to churn as customers.
I appreciate these things happen but I have had to contact Personio through personal contacts in order to make sure this gets addressed in the speed we need it. Writing here for other users to get visibility on the situation.
