Hello Personio Community,

I am reaching out to gain insights on how to effectively manage feedback cycles using Personio. Our organization is keen on ensuring that feedback is given promptly, and we are looking to automate this process as much as possible.

  1. Is there a feature in Personio that allows the scheduling of reminders for feedback cycles? We are particularly interested in setting up a system where reminders are automatically sent out every 6 months after the last feedback session.

  2. Additionally, can feedback cycles be scheduled to recur regularly, for instance, every 6 months, without having to manually set them up each time?

    Answer: Unfortunately we don’t have this possibility, but you can create a reminder for the HR team to create a new cycle every 6 months in the Employee Roles.

    Step 1: Create a Date Attribute in Employee information, you can call it for example “Create cycle”. Give it a date within one of the employees profiles. 

     


    Step 2: Go to Employee Roles > Relevant Employee Role (for example HR team) > Reminders > Add role reminder:
     


     

  2. Additionally, can feedback cycles be scheduled to recur regularly, for instance, every 6 months, without having to manually set them up each time?


    Answer: Unfortunately it’s not possible, you will have to create a new Cycle each time, but you do have the option to duplicate a previous Cycle and launch it again with a different date.

    Performance & Development > Cycles > search for relevant Cycle > Duplicate.
