Sharing manager reviews in Personio

How can manager reviews be shared with the direct reports? It appears as “sharing allowed” but the direct report cannot see the review.

Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🎊 🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.

Please navigate to the cycle and for the employee that cannot see their review, please checkmark the employee and click on Share manager reviews. Once this has been done, the employee should now be able to view their Managers Review.
