Hi team, we currently face the issue that a manager can’t access their team’s submitted feedback in Personio – even if it says it was shared with their manager and they are the manager according to Personio. Can you help us solve it? Thank you!

Is the manager not able to see all the reviews (Peer Review, Self Review, Upwards Review and Manager Review)?

They are not able to see the self evaluation their team members (who report to them) did. Some are available form their team members, some aren’t.

The Self Reviews are normally send to the Supervisor.
The Self Reviews should be visible if the Supervisor goes to Performance & Development > Feedback > Your direct report.
In this article you will find more information regarding: Self Reviews.
In case the Supervisor cannot see the Self Reviews in “Your direct reports”, I would suggest you to create a support request via Find Answers.
