Thank you for your message unfortunately we do have to fill in a “Start and end date” and “Start and end time”.
 

If the employee can do it on their own time you can select a bigger time span as “Start and end date”.

If there is a longer time span what impact would that have on the calendar invite?

Hi @Volvic,

The Calendar invite will sent 1 email invite for the start date. When I tried it out in my calendar it was marked for every day for that time span in my Calendar.
