My name is Milan and I’m the Product Manager for the Performance Management piece of P&D. I’m happy to share with you that we are currently exploring some options for making the flow of nominating and submitting Upward reviews more configurable. While I can not specify a precise date, I can say that this improvement will probably come later this year

Happy to hear that you are considering updates regarding this , but not really happy that it will take probably months till it’s solved It will be very helpful if you think about finding sooner solution, since we are currently experiencing difficulties in providing smooth feedback for our colleagues.
*maybe think about organizational schemes that are solved with Mentor structure (as we have).

Hi! I have the same issue.
I have now set up a Peer review using an Upward review form, so I could choose who needs to review.
Still, this is not ideal.
And, I could not find a way to anonymise any reviews, is that correct?
Hi Annemieke, we too have used that as a solution for the Mentors feedback.
Namely, we have put 2 different forms in the Peer form, so that we could collect Mentors feedback too.
Maybe we can go over that, but putting another 3rd form will be too much and too confusing for those that need to provide the feedback.
Regarding the anonymizing the reviews, we still haven’t got to that part :(
