Hello,
are assessments still visible, once cycles are closed and in the next year, even when they have not been exported to the employee’s documents section?

Hello
Thank you for clarifying.
The closed Review cycles are still accessible. If you have Admin rights or relevant Access rights, you should be able to see them.
I have an example from my demo account below. This Review cycle was closed in 2022 and can still be accessed and I still have access to the Reviews of my employees
