I have a roadmap question, off the back of a recent Community question; are there any plans to give users the ability to duplicate Evaluation Forms?
They take a little while to set up initially, and currently if you just want to create a slightly different Evaluation form, you have to essentially start from scratch and add all the sections again.

To help get things going, I will go with this one (hope it is not a duplicated question).
We have 4 subcompanies. When we post and promote a job, it goes to the main billing address and I don't see the option to adjust so it goes to the subcompany for which we are hiring.
Could it be it is up to roles and permissions or I missed something else?

I am not a regular Recruiting user but i am frustrated by the lack of being able to search our database based on any other method than tags. This seems very outdated and an ideal case for an uncontroversial AI use
We are in the process of having to identify and build our own RecruiTech ecosystem, because the roadmap is too slow within Personio. The lack of any response from raising a request for an integration from the integration team is annoying
Hi everyone,
I have a couple of questions regarding interview setup and evaluations:
1. Interview scheduling across time zones: When will it be possible to schedule interviews for participants in different time zones? For example, when stakeholders are based in the UK and I, as the recruiter, am in Germany. So far, I can only set interviews using the German time zone.
2. Evaluations: It would be very helpful if there were an option to download an overview of all evaluations as an Excel sheet. This would allow us to compare candidate feedback at a glance.

Hello @HRJoy and thanks for question! In general we do have plans to rework and improve the evaluations overall, but that’s for later next year. But meanwhile I do think that your suggestion could be a separate solution to avoid extra work. Will take this to my team to check if we can implement it sooner! 🤞🏻

Hey @vesna_hr , nice to meet you! Unfortunately, I don’t have a nice answer for you on this: You haven’t missed anything, Currently it’s not possible to invoice per sub-company. All the billing goes to main company.

Hey @fmason, sorry to hear about your experience with integrations! On the brighter side - we are soon finalizing a new feature that will allow you to search for candidates using any system or custom attribute present in the candidate profile. I think that will be helpful for your needs 🙏🏼
Hi, I’m using Recruiting on a daily basis. What I (and our team) would like is that the recruiting funnel below would be visible at all times. Now, when I move someone e.g. from 1st interview to 2nd interview and refresh the page, the funnel disappears and a very long list of candidates appears. Now I need to then go back to Recruiting home page and open the relevant position from there to see the funnel. Any plans of keeping the funnel visible at all times? Thank you!
Hi! Our company recently switched to Personio, and I now use it daily. In the 'Jobs' section, would it be possible to add a filter to sort published and draft jobs? Currently, I see the full list of both, but would like to be able to filter them quickly when necessary.

At the moment the recruitment form on the website has all questions/texts in capital letters. Is it possible to have them in lowercase letters instead?
When scheduling a call through Personio, the candidate is not added automatically. Is there a way to do so?
If an internal employee is applying for a role, what is the best practice to create a new role without having to create a new profile when they are “hired”. We don’t want duel profiles for internal candidates, however we would like the analytics to reflect there has been a hire in the organisation. Is there also a way that we can track promotions for internal candidates? Thank you!

I'd love to collaborate with the hiring team on some documents. The 'Add documents' function in a job doesn't seem very useful as the documents aren't visible anywhere else after they have been added. Would it therefore be possible to add another section next to 'Insights' called 'Documents'? It would also be great to have another section for general collaboration (e.g ‘Notes’) between team members.
Hi All! Something I already raised and asked about in the past but trying my luck once again :)
When creating a job in Job details - "employment type" menu as a few options (7 at the moment). We have most team members who are actually contractors so it would be great to have a label called "contractor" added. We are forced to use “freelancer” but this is quite restrictive and does not reflect our real offerings. Otherwise to have the option not to select a label necessarily could also work. Thanks!

What is expected behavior here is, that: Recruiting funnel shows up every time you will filter application list for a category or with one job/multiple jobs that are in the same category, as only in this case the sequence of the stages are the similar for the funnel.
With the example from my test account: If you are on the new applications default view, and you will filter for the specific job, the pipeline will show on top of the list and this pipeline will persist after leaving the page or refreshing page, until you have made any changes again to job and/or category filter.
Note: during this week you will also get the update for the filters and you will be having the quick filters for the job, category and stage as in my screenshot, to make sure that filtering for this data is more efficient.
When will we finally be able to combine duplicate applications?
We’d have a job listing for different locations or different channels and a candidate applies for every one of them. Moving the message to one profile and then deleting the duplicate is an option, but some information may be lost (e.g. different emails, fields populated, etc.). We’d rather have an easy way to merge profiles together.

Dear @EceA , I do have a good news for the positions one: Team is currently finalizing the work on this one and soon you will have a possibility to filter for published/promotes/draft positions.
When it comes to improve collaboration for the documents when opening a new position and even further: That’s also definitely something we have heard few times from customers, so we will be looking into improving this experience. Nothing specific planned for now, but we will be in touch with you for the discovery interview if that’s fine with yuo?
Hi again @Deizzz19, Regarding the scheduling the interview: currently it is on purpose that candidate isn’t added to the invite that is sent to internal participants, mostly not to share their email addresses, etc. But you can easily send the invitation to candidates with “email invite to candidate” which also automatically send the ics file to candidate as a calendar invite.
Hey@Trusha, you are completely right that currently rehiring process can’t be kicked off from the Recruiting module. Either we suggest that employee profile isn’t created after the internal hire or if necessary for the metrics perspective, duplicate profile is created and and deleted afterwards 😔 But we are looking into adding rehiring flow to the tool next year!
Hey @Elle, I do totally get your painpoint here 😔 but when it comes to the employment type - and the options on the dropdown, this is a requirement that we get from the job boards where the jobs get posted later and we need to follow, that’s why we aren’t able to add/remove/change any additional options. But I will make sure to follow-up with this with the providers so they can consider adding “no select” option

Hey @Edge5801 👋🏻 First of all - apologies it is taking us so much time to tackle this!
We are currently exploring some of the solutions of handling the multiple applications from the same candidate: final solution might not be merging them into one profile - as we have explored and uncovered few user cases, when the provided data from the same candidate are different depending on the job they are applying to - but nevertheless, we know that currently this is painpoint and we are going to improve that experience!

To be fully honest, we didn’t so far planned to add this. But very curious to hear about your experience on this and to explore the possibility further: What type of email communication option do you use (Personio emails service, integrations, SMTP,)? On average - how many spam emails do you get? Hey, I have another question that has arisen from the daily needs: Is it possible to assign an evaluation manually and send a reminder notification when necessary?
I would also like to include job-specific interview kits (including an agenda, dos and don'ts, and possible questions) with my interview invitations. However, the 'note for the interviewer' section doesn't solve my problem because I have to copy and paste each time. Moreover, it needs to be job-specific. Therefore, I need a consistent as well as job-specific solution. Do you currently have a solution for that? Thanks!

From here you can request evaluations and/or comments manually from anyone (not attached to an interview) and evaluation request will be sent right away. and also, when you are requesting the evaluation, you can set up the reminders, for example: every day after 1 day of request, etc. For example, if you requested right now and they haven’t filled it in until tomorrow afternoon, the reminder will go out every day until they will fill it
And regarding the second question: unfortunately, for now we don’t have a better way of adding information for the interviewers from the note section in interviews. I do understand that this is not ideal and causes a lot of extra work. We are planing to look into making the interviewing more efficient soon and this topic is definitely one of the painpoint we want to address

@Nino Thank you for your answer! Regarding my first question, your suggested approach would definitely be helpful. I'd also love to have the option of triggering an evaluation/comment request immediately rather than waiting for the scheduled time, in case the interviewer hasn't submitted it yet.
Regarding my second question, I'm disappointed to hear that we'll have to wait a little longer for this feature. I hope it's worth prioritising. Really looking forward to it. :)
