Best practices are useless in this matter. Personio has to develop the complete absence area to allign with dutch regulations. This is a topic that is already discussed and known bij Personio so please inform @Ruben Choco about this.
And even more important: please inform the whole dutch personio community about when this will be ready. What steps did Personio take since the first note about this subject?
I totally agree. In NL there is a lot of advertisement but indeed not fitting the Dutch demands. I am looking forward that Personio can help HR.

I am sorry to hear that there are no further suitable best practices for @Ruben Choco’s topic. On the moment, our roadmap definitely includes improvements in absences that will be shared as soon as the release date is due. I am not aware of any improvement specifically on the functionalities you mention, unfortunately.
I was in contact with Daniel, your growth manager @Dennis Stolze, @Ruben Choco, @Karin van Dijk and he informed me about a survey that he sent you regarding the most needed improvements for the Dutch market. The survey will help our product team to understand the needs of Dutch customers better. Your growth manager will do a follow-up regarding this survey.
