Following up on this topic, I really feel like this is an option for a great quality of life improvement for our employees using the system. Especially for Dutch companies that have a lot of expats working for them I think it is a recurring theme as soon as someone makes use of their holidays.
I think it would be a major improvement if the accrual policies could be combined and if administrators could then on the back-end decide that which part of the leave would automatically be used first, so employees do not need to solve math problems just to make use of leave.
I would be more than happy to brainstorm together to come to a best practice solution if there is any way of making this happen.
