We’ve just launched updates to our Performance & Development product that simplify how Skip-Level Managers access and use reviews and feedback across their reporting line. They can now easily view the data they need to track progress and make informed decisions. These changes put more control in your hands, while ensuring access to data stays simple, accessible and secure.

Key Features to Know About

1. Access controls made simple.
   1. Admins can now set who can view reviews and feedback - whether it’s Supervisors only (current default) or the whole reporting line.
   2. This feature can be enabled in the new Sharing and Confidentiality section under P&D Settings.
2. Skip-Level Managers get more visibility
   1. When enabled, skip-level managers can see reviews and feedback for indirect reports.
   2. They also gain access to analytics and export tools for authorized data, making it easier to act on performance trends.
3. Supervisors, too!
   1. Supervisors now have access to the Analytics Tab and export options - again, limited to data they’re authorized to see.
